Lovers of good meat or late diners? Welcome to Le Silex! Here, we leave aside the flashy decoration to concentrate on the content of your plate. For the past 12 years, Manuel Azevedo has been treating his guests to a beautiful range of tasty dishes generously served: garlic rib steak, shallot and red wine steak, cordon-bleu with comté cheese, Milanese ham and mozzarella escalope, strong rib of beef, ribs... But we can also be satisfied with very decent flambéed pies. All this is accompanied by excellent wines from Alsace and elsewhere. The assets of this Silex are less "neendertalian" than it seems: excellent products, service until midnight and free parking.

Merci au patron et au personnel de salle qui a su nous trouver deux places supplémentaires pour savourer une très bonne viande.
Je valide également la cuisine par l'excellence de la crème brulée.
C'est tjrs excellent l'addition reste raisonnable. Point d'attention qui pour nous n'est pas gênant mais peut l'être pour d'autre c'est bruyant.
En plus c est bon !
