In the heart of the covered market, Fabien and Candy Fornier offer a vegan cuisine that will make you discover new flavours. Their dishes are cooked with local and of course organic products and are to be tasted in a cosy and friendly setting with wooden furniture and a pure design. It is one of the few places in Colmar that offers cuisine for vegans. Cuit lu Cru aims to reconcile "the Good, the Beautiful, and the Good". Let yourself be tempted by their dishes, desserts and juices. The daily menus will allow you to taste an elaborate cuisine.

Ma meilleure adresse pour du vegan, bio, frais et cru à Colmar et même la seule à proposer une si belle salade vegane. On se régale. Je ne m'en lasse pas.
Il y'en a pour tous les goûts avec de burgers, jus frais, desserts sans gluten ni lactose. Une petite merveille.
