Small restaurant proposing the Flammekueche in all its states.

The front of this restaurant attracts the eye, as does the well-decorated, if small, dining room. In a tasteful Alsatian decor, you come here for one thing only: the tarts flambées! They're just incredible at La Soï, and well worth the detour! Tarte flambée au Ribeaupierre (Alsatian tomme), tarte flambée ail-ciboulette or tarte flambée nappée de myrtilles (blueberry tarte flambée) are a real treat, and the establishment offers a whole range of variations! La Soï's emblem, the pig, is also the main theme of a fresco decorating the premises. You're sure to leave delighted!

Des tartes flambées très savoureuses, un endroit agréable et un bon service. Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à nous asseoir car nous n'avions pas réservé et nous avons dû attendre 40 minutes, mais au moins ils nous ont donné à manger

La meilleure tarte flambée que nous ayons dégustée lors de notre tournée des villages d'Alsace. Une réputation bien méritée.
Elles étaient délicieuses dans une ambiance très chaleureuse. L'endroit est petit car il n'y a que quelques tables et il est recommandé de réserver. Nous n'avions pas réservé et avons attendu environ 40 minutes.
Service exceptionnel de la part des propriétaires. L'attente en valait vraiment la peine

Un petit restaurant de Flamenkuch et uniquement de Flamenkuch, super accueil, très bons produits à prix abordable, vin de vigneron extra !
