C'est l'un des meilleurs restaurants alsaciens que j'ai fréquenté. Leurs bouchées à la reine et leur choucroute étaient fantastiques, et les bouchées sont en fait végétariennes. Il y avait une offre spéciale sur le Chassagne Montrachet qui m'a vraiment touché.

Changement de carte par rapport à quelques années, un peu moins bien à mon goût (moins typique et plus touristique) mais plats assez copieux et bons !
