The One Fitness Club in Colmar has six distinct spaces that are bright and decorated in a chic and striking contemporary spirit. One Life is dedicated to cardio activities (fitness, weight loss...): treadmills, ellipticals and bikes equipped with connected screens. The Force One area is dedicated to weight training, volume gain and physical preparation. In The Dock, Cross Training enthusiasts can enjoy the latest equipment from Bodytone, while in The Ride, biking enthusiasts enjoy group lessons under the guidance of state-certified coaches. Group classes (LESMILLS method) again, in the Broadway area: zumba, bodypump, step and other invigorating activities in hell! Finally, just for you girls exclusively at One Fitness Club Colmar, the For Her space is dedicated to toning and muscle strengthening on the latest generation of Sismo Fitness machines.
