Wine estates Ştefan Vodă

The land of the estate was acquired in 2002 by Alexandru Luchianov and the vine cultivation started in 2003. The vineyards cover 24.2 ha and 150 t of grapes are treated every year. The grape varieties are merlot, cabernet sauvignon, saperavi, fetească neagră, chardonnay, sauvignong blanc... The wines are of high quality and the estate was awarded a gold medal at a local competition at its first harvest in 2005. The estate has a restaurant in a warm setting serving good Moldavian cuisine, as well as accommodation and a swimming pool.
