The atmosphere is very warm. A copious peasant menu is proposed to discover typical Moldavian dishes. Three different types of salads, the famous cabbage, cheese and potato placinte, a zeama (soup) of chicken, a meat dish, usually a fricassee of small pieces of pork, from the mămăligă (corn polenta) with brânză and sour cream, sarmale (cabbage leaves stuffed with meat). This "discovery" menu includes drinks (local red and white wine, mineral water, juice, tea, coffee).
