One of Cuneo's best addresses, and one that won't disappoint. On the first floor, you'll find the wine cellar, where you can sample countless beverages and do your shopping, and on the second floor, the restaurant. On the menu, traditional regional dishes with fresh, tasty ingredients, sourced from short supply chains and Slow Food certified. Choose from fassone (beef) tartare cut with a knife, vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), or any other perfectly executed dish. The menu changes regularly.

Attratti dal nome, siamo andati per mangiare le chiocciole ma si trovano solo a dicembre. comunque ci sono ottime alternative nel menù con una buona qualità, primo molto buono, la tagliata con cottura giusta. Personale e prorietario gentili e disponibili, non avevano posto nel salone principale al primo piano ma si sono adoperati a prepararci il tavolo al piano terra. Ottima la cara dei vini. l'unica pecca per me è che entrando si sentiva un forte odore di candeggina (che personalmente non sopporto) ma probabilmente avevano appena lavato il pavimento, locale molto pulito e accogliente. Ottima la panne cotta, finalmete fatta senza colla di pesce, molto gustosa e densa. Ci torneremo per le chiocciole.
