This authentic brasserie, in the beautiful central square of the old town, is decorated in a warm and welcoming style: you'd almost think you were in your own kitchen! Everything is homemade, from the bread to the desserts, and the wine list is presented on an old-fashioned slate. A fine cuisine of Piedmontese specialties, with truffles in every sauce in season, but everything is delicious whatever you choose... Perfect welcome, very attentive service, unquestionably one of the best addresses in Vercelli!

Buono ma probabilmente mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, pensavo ci fossero più scelte di risotti invece solo una. Comunque ottimi gli antipasti ed i primi, ho trovato veramente sproporzionati a livello di prezzo (e di porzioni) i secondi.
