This authentic brasserie, in the beautiful central square of the old town, is decorated in a warm and welcoming style: you'd almost think you were in your own kitchen! Everything is homemade, from the bread to the desserts, and the wine list is presented on an old-fashioned slate. A fine cuisine of Piedmontese specialties, with truffles in every sauce in season, but everything is delicious whatever you choose...
