GARE ROUTIÈRE DU NORD

It is the largest train station and regular shuttle bus to Shanghai-Suzhou. Shanghai (35 RMB, departure every half-hour from 7 h to 18 h), Nanjing/Nanjing (70 RMB from 8 h to 17 h), or Hangzhou (75 RMB from to), Wuxi (22 RMB, from 7 h to 18 h 30).

Journey times: Shanghai 2 hours, Hangzhou 2 hours, Nanjing/Nanjing 3 hours. Also note that almost all small towns in the region are accessible by: Tongli (1 hour drive), Zhouzhuang (1 hour drive) or Wuxi (1 hour drive).
