Nous n'y sommes restés que 2 nuits mais je n'ai rien à redire. Chambre insonorisée avec une bonne climatisation et un personnel serviable et souriant. Cela ne me dérangerait pas si le hall était climatisé, mais à Bali, ce n’est pas très courant.

La réception a fait attendre ma famille pendant plus de 3 à 4 heures juste pour l'enregistrement. De plus, nous avons réservé pour 3 chambres, seulement 2 chambres sont prêtes au bout de 3 heures, ce qui en laisse une autre à préparer. Le visiteur doit se préparer à de nombreuses reprises si cet hôtel est votre choix.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et on nous a donné une chambre sans vue, ce qui était décevant même s'il s'agissait d'une chambre surclassée. C'était spacieux mais la vue était destructrice d'humeur. Le personnel de service est attentif et très arrangeant. La vue sur la piscine serait la meilleure des chambres, alors notez-la mentalement la prochaine fois.
