BRUCKNERFEST

A festival in homage to the native son of Austria, which takes place in the magnificent music house that bears his name. Anton Bruckner (1824-1896), a 19th century post-Romantic composer in the tradition of Beethoven and Schubert, was a native of Upper Austria and served as organist of Linz Cathedral. In his honour, a major classical music festival with a varied and high-quality programme is held every year in September and October. And you can enjoy the Bruckner's restaurant from 5 to 11 pm.
