Bright Angel Point, located near the Grand Canyon Lodge, offers excellent views of the South Rim and side canyons.

Bright Angel Point Trail is located near the Grand Canyon Lodge and is accessed via a paved trail about a quarter mile up an impressive ridge at 8,516 feet. This short hike offers excellent views of the South Rim and side canyons. On the horizon, the San Francisco Peaks (north of Flagstaff) can be seen. Very easy, this trail is only 800 m long and it takes about 30 min to walk there and back. During the summer, be careful with storms because this trail is really exposed to bad weather.

Un site exceptionnel qui nous rappelle notre insignifiance face à l'immensité de dame nature. Point de vue facilement accessible de la rive Sud et point de départ pour le Bright Angel trail, pour les lus courageux.
