J'y suis allé en couple et j'ai été stupéfait par le service exceptionnel de tout le personnel, sans exception. De l'équipe qui vous salue lorsque vous atterrissez sur l'héliport jusqu'à celle qui vous dit au revoir lorsque vous vous envolez - vous êtes accueilli par le directeur général, ce qui n'est certainement pas une évidence. Le processus d'enregistrement est impeccable et effectué par votre GEM dans votre villa tout en vous offrant du lait de coco relaxant à boire. Ensuite, le GEM nous a fait visiter l'île pendant quelques heures, nous montrant chaque recoin tout en étant extrêmement patient et axé sur le service. En nous proposant une tonne d'offres pour explorer la région et profiter des installations de l'hôtel, nous étions heureux d'en prendre beaucoup et d'en apprécier chacune, qu'il s'agisse de boire du champagne ou de manger des samosas au sommet d'une colline tout en regardant le coucher du soleil, ou encore de naviguer dans les petites îles. sur un hors-bord de luxe pendant une journée ou dîner dans une partie reculée de la plage - tout était parfait. La Villa est impeccable et tout mot ne ferait qu'injustice. Très cher mais ça vaut vraiment le coup. J'y retournerais certainement.
