Since 2007, the island of Guanaja has organized its Festival Festival. The feast lasts a week and opens with the coronation of the carnival queen, then the program continues with numerous parades, games, concerts and activities… The closing event is a parade on water followed by a dramatization of Christopher Columbus's arrival in Guanaja.
