On September 30 th, the San Jéronimo festivities are celebrated on the weekends of October and November. This saint studied Hebrew and Greek; He lived in Rome as the secretary of Pope Saint Damase. At his lost times, he reflected the Bible in Latin. Tradition tells him that he lived wandering during the wars of 1856, 1912 and 1979, helping the unfortunate victims. Some reports have seen an old man with white hair, a embroussaillée beard and a palm hat rescue the miserable.

In any event, it is the biggest festival in the region. Many makeshift stalls are erected where you sell about everything. Ritual dances go well, while the famous comilonas are carried out: We serve free dishes to everyone (maize, tamales…) and many chicheño, fermented corn (cususa), angel chicha (a ceremonial drink prepared with water in which a dead child has been bathed) or chicha of coyol (a palm whose sap one draws to make it a kind of wine).

Dance also dances "de las Inditas", a pre-Columbian tradition. The free brochures (in Spanish) are reminiscent of this ancient farandole (home house, per day on average) as well as typical men and women.
