The Luxembourg chef's Michelin-starred establishment, now run by her son, is 20 minutes from Luxembourg City.
Léa Linster was the first woman in the world to win the prestigious Bocuse d'Or gastronomic competition, in 1989. Like all passionate cooks, she's a woman of temperament. Her restaurant, opened in 1982 and a local landmark, is now in the hands of her son Louis Linster, Luxembourg's youngest Michelin-starred chef. Like his mother, he executes and proposes dishes that put gastronomy in the spotlight. The wine list lives up to the reputation of the place, with 1,000 references from all over the world, with a special mention for Luxembourg vintages.
