The cuisine served, based on fresh and seasonal products, is traditional and semi-gastronomic: turbot filet cooked a la plancha, celeriac purée with lime, Aubrac veal chop, mushroom stew with herbs... Out of season, you will appreciate the cocooning dinners in the villa, by the fireplace.
