Charming hotel with terrace-solarium and regional cuisine restaurant in Novello, near Barolo.

Located in the pretty village of Novello (4 km south of Barolo), this charming hotel occupies the premises of a former pharmacy. The eight rooms offer all modern comforts, in this rather surprising setting. In fine weather, breakfast is served outside in the courtyard. A very good restaurant serving regional cuisine, where you can sample all the traditional dishes of the region. Bottles of wine and typical Langhe products are also on sale. The owners are very friendly. A great address!

Ci siamo fermati da Barbabuc per una notte ed è stata una scoperta davvero piacevole!
La coppia di proprietari è stata gentilissima e disponibile sin dal momento della prenotazione.
Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e ci hanno accolto preparandoci anche la cena nonostante la cucina fosse chiusa. Plin di carciofi buonissimi!!
Grazie, se dovessimo trovarci nuovamente nella zona torneremo volentieri.

Amazing restaurant! We felt so at home - had excellent conversation, phenomenal food , amazing drinks. The wine selection is PERFECT!!! And so fun to see the “cellar” and choose from it. Tons of local options. Laura made our trip better than I could have ever dreamed!! If you’re in the area, you must must must stop by.
