After several years in the temple of gastronomy, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, the restaurant of the great chef Guido Alciati has taken up residence in a new building. In order not to feel out of place, the setting remains one of the royal residences of the Savoy, the Villa Reale of Fontanafredda. The refined setting guarantees a cuisine that you don't eat but enjoy. Everything is good, beautiful (although not very abundant) and of course very expensive. The Disguido bistro offers more affordable but equally refined dishes.

Splendido ristorante in una location ricca di storia, cibo di ottima qualità, prezzo adeguato al livello del locale.

Intimo e riservato, cucina di alto livello in un ambiente d'epoca dal sapore classico. Trattamento di riguardo e accoglienza molto cordiale. Piatti originali o rivisitati di ottima qualità, in linea con il livello a cui si pone il ristorante. Nel complesso bellissima e buonissima esperienza, ottima anche la carta dei vini. Prezzi adeguati all'offerta.

Memorable dinner. Food was delicious and the service was kind. We took their recommendation on the wine, and ended up buying two bottles to bring back home. Hope to come back in the future.

Bel ambiente struttura esterna vicino al laghetto curata luminosa ambienti caldi cucina a vista nessun odore bei ottima capienza piatti buona qualità porzioni giuste caffè bagni belli e puliti ottima capienza parcheggio piccolo vicino la struttura ma a qualche centinaia di metri qua e la si trova agevolmente
