Nine, barely finished when I was in April 2014, a 3 star accommodations with air conditioning and flat-screen tvs. Monumental entrance hall with cold marble, beautiful views of MINSK, buffet breakfast, superb reception 24/7. A little offcentre (15 minutes walk from the centre) there is no has any trade proximity, 10 minute month. AROUND €70 FOR TWO.
