If this area had recently opened its doors to the public, or in spring 2010, several years of work were needed to convert this land into vineyards. Several varieties are planted on 25 acres for an annual production of about 30 000 bottles. The area produces white wines (riesling, chardonnay), rosé (rosé rosé) and red (gamay, pinot noir), as well as a wine wine (vidal), perfect accessory to your desserts.
