Travel Guide Fam El-Hisn

A site with many rock engravings to discover. All the charm of deep Morocco is crammed there for the pleasure of the eyes! The orange houses in terra cotta all similar which take shape in a lunar and magnificent landscape, ochre, deprived of big green vegetations. One also finds there the know-how of the traditional clothes, the authentic musicians, the stray donkeys, the sheep in band, the Berber tents, the tea of the nomad in its traditional service, etc. After Fam-el-Hisn, the long and convenient tarred road leads to Assa, 80 km away, and then to Guelmim, continuing for a good hundred kilometers further on.
