In the middle of the saffron harvest, Taliouine is making a name for herself with her festival of the most expensive spice in the world. Created in 2007, its vocation is to highlight these stigmas with their unique colour and flavour, which are grown on the mountainous land around Taliouine. Undoubtedly the best saffron in Morocco! Here you can discover it in all its forms, from visits to the saffron groves to tastings of saffron dishes. Also a fair of local products, fun activities and concerts.
