Lilliane Mirabel, the owner, has been holding this institution for many years, with an iron hand in a velvet glove. Located on the road to Agadir at the entrance to Inezgane, this hotel-restaurant has more than just a touch of Provence. There is a family kitchen with a good price/quality ratio. The menu has been able to combine Provençal cuisine with some Moroccan specialities. We come here to enjoy smoked palomettes with argan wood, a bouillabaisse, a duck confit, calf sweetbreads or a Grand Marnier soufflé.
