Just a stone's throw from the splendid Bab Mansour gateway and its large square, the riad Ritaj offers gourmet Moroccan cuisine of the highest quality, from tajine to briouate and couscous, in a sumptuous setting, a bling-bling table under zellige ceilings. Here, it's possible to reserve a tanjia, the famous meat cooked over the ashes of the hammam. It's delicious, but you need at least 24 hours' notice! The welcome is warm and the service professional.
