This small green hut offers a very good Patagonian cuisine where dishes compete in taste and originality. The chef and owner Raphael dares indeed daring associations: hare in chocolate sauce, guanaco albondigas or crab risotto, local products are creatively reworked with brio. The menu is succinct and changes regularly, you will also find vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The plates are colourful and the food refined. The good wines will help you to pass it all on.
