WHELLRIGHT PLAZA

Just at the foot of the Cerro Artillería, it is the northwestern end of Puerto Rico and the plan. The starting point of the Artillería lift is located right next to the beautiful red building of the Aduana, inaugurated in 1855, which is one of the oldest buildings in the city, classified in 1976 and still houses customs services.
