A must-see site for a stroll along Rue Cumming and Plaza Bismark, with its museum and popular viewpoint.
Following Cumming Street (which starts from Anibal Pinto Square, on the map, and passes through the Cerro Panteón cemeteries), you reach Cerro Cárcel. A stroll in the recent Cultural Park of the former Cárcel is a must.
Then we will reach the recently remodeled Plaza Bismark, which has a beautiful viewpoint that is much appreciated for December 31st. You will also find the museum of puppet and clown theatre.
