Little Adam's Peak, a reference to the famous Adam's Peak, is a hill dominating the region (1,141 m). It takes about an hour's walk to reach its summit from the path that starts at the intersection with Passara-Namunukula Road, about 2 km from Ella. The view is splendid. The hike is easy except at the end, where steep steps lead to the summit. The trail passes through small villages, then loses itself in a forest of eucalyptus and pine before returning to a tea plantation.
