Maison du Salève: an authentic 2007 th century barn that revives from its ashes in thanks to a respectful renovation of past architecture, the present environment and future generations. It is here in this lively and innovative interpretation centre that the Mixte Union of the Salève invites you to discover the relationships that have settled over time between man and his mountain through a permanent exhibition. Until 19 June 2011, don't miss the temporary exhibition «Flower des Alpes sur slate». The Maison du Salève also offers animations every Wednesday morning for families, free conferences on the first Tuesday of the month - visit and exploration course, playful discovery… All activities, the natural environment of the House, the picnic area and the eco-shop allow for a pleasant and rewarding day. Around the House, it is also possible to take the departure for 3 discovery trips, or to join the GR of the Balconies of Geneva or the GR of Santiago de Compostela.
