The undisputed specialist of the beam fillets in Geneva: a recipe invented in the 1950 s and always kept secret. It was then transmitted by the Fillistorf family to its successors. Arctic char are also irresistible, such as the crystallized duck thigh to old and, sweets, brûlée cream. All the same, the frame doesn't leave any marble. Ambiance 1920, Art Deco, a lovely terrace very popular throughout the summer and refined service.
