Bamboo, taffeta, copper, woodwork, wrought iron fireplace, deep and natural colours are a splendid setting for this reserve restaurant with views of the lake. " Simplicity of the tastes and excellence of the products "is the slogan of the chef, who proposes a square of lamb from the Limousin, purée to olive oil from the Bormane land, fish from the lake according to fisheries, risotto in truffles, ceps and ricotta according to the seasons and, for desserts, a delicious fondant for rum or a fine pie. Rest and palate of the palace is very much worth a visit.
