Choulex is a small picturesque village, very pleasant to cycle along the river. Here we don't cheat with the overrated cuisine. We concoct for you home-made dishes from a traditional French cuisine with Swiss specialties such as perch fillets, a good beef bourguignon, a beef fillet, a malakoff or a mushroom cassolette. During the hunting season, you can enjoy homemade venison terrine or venison tortellini cooked in a fresh porcini sauce. The menu is based on tradition.
