A rustic ride near Geneva. There is only a good smell of hay to guide us to the Grange restaurant. In the centre of old Vernier, metres from the town hall, a restored farm is now home to a very good restaurant in French and seafood. With the efficient duo of Serge in the grill and Marianne in the dining room, we are sure to spoil you! Season cooking concocted in a simple way but keeping all the authenticity of the land. It comes for the deer coast, sauce'in Calvados, filling in the hunting season, or for the raw and smoked salmon tartar and its acidulous cream in summer. A little high price but a charming setting, with fireplace in winter and terrace in summer. Wines from the domains of Geneva and France.
