Expertise and know-how of over 650 years of age! The Desbaillet family (21st generation) operates 20 hectares of vines and 5 hectares of fruit trees. A wide variety of varieties is cultivated in gravelly soil, suitable for vine growing. One of the peculiarities of the area is its so-called "Chaumaz" plot, a slope of 50%. Gamay and the Chasselas are treated as specialities, and it is the quality that is extracted rather than performance. Result: the wines are in concentration and aromas.
