This table is nestled in a sumptuous ranch decor or hacienda of Texas with as a red thread the horse, the noblest conquest of man. In the large hall dominated by a monumental silver and copper chandelier shaped by trolley wheel, paintings and drawings of Indians and cowboys are due to Remington, also author of the reproductions of sculptures exposed at the entrance to the restaurant. À la carte, smoked salmon store tortilla, cucumber sauce and sprouted seeds Sprouted salad chicken marinated chicken au and crusts. The open kitchen offers a large selection of grilled grill cooked by chefs in front of you in wood fire - Tbone steak (about 375 g), false net (about 300 g), savoureuse tender (about 250 g). To serve: burnt cream melt tequila and green lemon, Big Thunder Cake, chocolate cake, English cream and grout of raspberry.
