Just in front of Karibu Lodge, you can access it from the cornice road by a rather crazy staircase. Since 2016 new management of John and Emilie. The establishment is being renovated slowly but surely (beautiful fresco, new swimming pool), and works exclusively with a clientele of Tana and residents all year round. The couple, connected to the Malagasy artistic world, organize hip-hop and dance-hall classes.

Ne vous fiez pas aux apparences si l’extérieur paraît beau propre et entretenu, les chambres sont loin de l’être: avec la porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas, la Clim qui ne fonctionne pas comme il faut. C’est sans parler des trous et des traces d’humidité dans toute la chambre.
Pour couronner le tout la réceptionniste est vraiment désagréable et pas professionnelle.
Le rapport qualité prix ne vaut vraiment pas le coup.

Good value at 105,000AR for ocean view. Yes the power in the rooms is off half the time, yes the Wi-Fi rarely works in the room. We like the lady that works in reception. She speaks English, she’s very helpful and kind. Laundry is a good value if you need your clothes washed. Lonely planet recommended hotel - we liked it.
