For those on a tighter budget, this is a slightly simpler villa to rent. Household staff and cleaning service provided daily.

Great accommodations and staff. Rooms are exactly as advertised. Beautiful views from a convenient location. Close to bars, restaurants, and markets. 24 hour security that is discreet and accommodating. Restaurant is a bit pricey, all things considered. There are better locations within walking distance. Some staff speaks a little English. I was always able to eventually communicate.
