Bungalow spacieux avec moustiquaire, lit confortable, linge propre.
La piscine est un plus après la matinée dans le parc. Propre avec des transats autour.
Petit déjeuner très copieux. Menu au diner selon arrivage des produits.
Vitesse Wifi selon le nombre des clients (comme partout à Madagascar).

The hotel was really nice, not as described in previous reviews.
The room was clean and we stayed for 3 nights.
But the best part is the staff. They are very kind and helpful, always with a smile. The dinner and breakfast were really good (they provided me with many vegetarian options everyday)

The hotel is very poorly managed.
It has a beautiful garden and good facility base which needs serious renovation. It looks nice on pictures. With this the good characteristics end.
Hugely overpriced for the quality that has been offered. They try to overcharge everything even further by adding additional costs. The food is local but served in very small amount for its price.
The pool is more pond than pool and it is not usable. Everything is in destructive phase.
No warm water, and the water from the shower/sink is not clean.
Between 11 pm and 6 am there is no electricity.
Wi-Fi only at the reception.

The hotel could have been great, but it lacks a lot of commodities. The windows are a hole that lets mosquitos and other bugs pass. The food is very average. For the price of this hotel I was expecting more.

Very disrespectful and no professional treatment from the beginning to end.
Really bad value for money. It is very expensive as other within the area but not providing the same facilities or quality at all.
AND THE WORST, tried to cheap us showing a tariff the first day, when we arrived and asked for accommodation and prices but the last day, they tried to charged us almost double showing a different tariff. Very awful situation arguing with them.
It might have been related to the horrible situation we had with our driver. Our driver was a mafioso who tried to cheat on us all the time and he brought us to this hotel. We believe they had a kind of agreement between them.
In summary, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are some others in the area with high standards and very professional at much less cost.

Le Grand Hôtel is 'le grand sheet'. One of the most expensive accomodations in Tsingy. Terrible service. WC not working. No electricity after dark. WiFi not working. Contaminated swimming pool water. Additionally, they tried to cheat on us and charge higher rates for the room. Extremely disappointed.

Плохие отзывы верны до каждого слова. Электричество не работает, вайфай тоже, бунгало очень душные, вы будете молиться о том, чтоб поскорее свалить оттуда.
Дорого. И непонятно, как рассчитываются услуги, вроде за завтрак уже заплатили, потом опять приносят счёт. Завтрак для людей, которые отправляются в горы на физическую нагрузку - скудный и дико дорогой. Меню нет, оно только на словах и из того, что "может, есть, надо спросить".
Бассейн - единственное, что порадует вас, но в целом трэш. Понятно, что выбора особо нет и отель терроризирует своих постояльцев, но будьте готовы требовать с них за каждое евро. С таким же успехом можно поспать и на улице, хотя бы не задыхаешься от духоты.

We didn’t have money with us because we thought we could pay with card and they offered us to pay with an bank transfer in murundava, so they basically lent us money. This is not normal or something you should take for granted, especially in a country this poor.

Sehr schöne Bungalows mit ordentlich fließendem Wasser. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, ohne Auto kommt man schlecht weg. Der Service im Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig und ist langsam und unflexibel. Die typische madagassische Gastfreundschaft habe ich hier vermisst.

Nous étions 12 personnes ,2 nuits dans cet hotel bien agencé. Le personnel très dévoués fait ce qu'il peut pour vous rendre votre séjour agréable . C'était la reprise des touristes après le Covid et tout n'était pas au point! Bon dans l'ensemble mais prix assez élévé. Alain Marboeuf Nantes

Sehr gutes Essen, dass jeden Tag gewechselt hat. Frühstück ab 5.30, dieses war auch sehr gut. Pool etwas verdreckt. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und dadurch sehr heiss.
Service: top! Tischchen wurden am Pool bei Sonnenuntergang gedeckt, sehr aufmerksamer Eigentümer, Pool wurde geputzt, sobald wir uns an den Pool gesetzt haben.
