It is a pulquería where we are of course selling pulque, this famous ancestral alcohol already manufactured by the préhispaniques peoples. It's by digging the heart of the maguey (a cactus that has large leaves) and scratching it over the days, that you harvest the miel of honey, the white liquid that you need to ferment afterwards. It is a place not frequented by tourists (even less by women) and it is better to be accompanied by a local.
