BISTRO LOS SENDEROS

This bistro elected a few kilometres from San Miguel in the middle of the countryside. We eat in the open air, with the backdrop of magnificent semi-desert landscapes. Quite secluded! The hotel's menu, simple and fresh, fits perfectly with the campestre decor: fish grill (tuna $ 230), meat (rib $ 285), and vegetables; a few salads ($ 100-120); and spinach, corn and potatoes, to accompany. A treat.
