Located in the centre of the city, this establishment is set in a beautiful colonial building dating back to 1784. The rooms are cosy and well decorated, as are the public areas. Wi-Fi internet. If you are sensitive to noise, avoid the few rooms that overlook the mouth of one of the many tunnels in the city. Very good value for money.
