Until 2012 there was a Gaia restaurant in the historic centre of Cuernavaca, opposite the Palace of Cortés. Unfortunately it closed its doors. The lovers of good cuisine will therefore have to travel outside the historic centre to sample the dishes of this restaurant. Finally, by taxi, we don't have for a long time. And the kitchen of this modern and desirable restaurant is worth a visit. Good value for money.

100% Natural is a chain of restaurants that seeks to produce healthy and quality food at decent prices, offering fish dishes, fruits, vegetables, cereals, salads. In 2012 it opened a brand new restaurant in the centre of Cuernavaca, opposite the Jardín Morelos. The freshness of the menu is good, given the warmth it makes in Cuernavaca. 

Away from the hustle and bustle of San Diego Avenue (itself crowded with restaurants), this hacienda-style building opens onto an oasis of greenery and offers its well-to-do clientele a fine Mexican cuisine revisited with an international twist: huachinango with mustard and ceviche with mango (fish), soups, salads and grilled meat dishes. A nice stop for a quiet afternoon. The place is cosy and also has a large garden and a huge playroom for the kids. One of the best addresses in town.
