This tourist office (Zyra informative e turizmit, Turistički informativni centar) is the only one in Kosovo to offer a quality service. It is run by a large network of associations and private agencies. This means that, here, you are dealing with involved and English-speaking (or even French-speaking) professionals who can give you practical information (accommodation, transport...), but also rent you mountain bikes, take you up a rock face or discover the town.
