Owning an eponymous 530-hectare farm in the Homolje Mountains (its name means "by the river"), the owners of this restaurant, which opened in 2017, seek to promote local producers while preserving the best of traditional cuisine. The gamble paid off, and they've been Michelin-listed since 2021. Start with a somun bread prepared in a wood-fired oven, before tasting a specialty, such as terracotta lamb, you're in for a treat.
