Small reserve with a fairly wide variety of birds and mammals, like a successful reduction of the bush in Gaborone.
Created in 1988, this small reserve of 550 ha is a successful reduction of the bush which allows to escape a little from the capital and to improvise a picnic. Although very modest in size, it is home to a fairly wide variety of birds and mammals, including elands, zebras, oryx, blue wildebeest, springboks, Cape duikers, harnessed guibs and warthogs. A white rhinoceros also wanders here, but its territory has been completely fenced off due to the beast's disregard for visitors' cars!
