Housed in the old Government Camp buildings, this friendly little museum presents the history of the area and the local communities around Francistown. It also offers a variety of temporary exhibitions by local artists and sometimes organises various events. Its souvenir shop is well stocked with handicrafts, baskets, pottery, jewellery, as well as a wide range of books on Botswana and its history. It also acts as a tourist office. Perfect to find out about visits to the area!
