LUGER THEATER CINEMA HALL

It is one of the oldest cinemas in Bhutan (the country does not have many either) and the only one in Thimphu. Located in a shopping mall, it was renovated in 2016 to offer even more modern facilities. International films are screened there: generally Bollywood (Bhutanese love them!) and increasingly Bhutanese (in Dzongkha, but sometimes with English subtitles). Some Hollywood films are also screened there.
